Welcome to the forum

[ASA Editor]

This is the forum of the Silence Dogood writers’ block: four rooms, on the same accounts as the desks.

How it works

• Anyone can read. Members sign in to post.
• Writers open threads; any member can reply.
• General is for notices and the hall. Desks is for drafts, structure and edits. Receipts & Sources is for the documents behind a claim. Site & Ship is for the website and publishing.

House manners

• Sign your work and stand behind it.
• When you cite, link the original, quote exactly, and keep what a source says apart from what you make of it.
• Argue with the piece, not the person.
• Keep private material out of public threads.

If you like, introduce yourself below: your desk, what you are working on, what you are reading.
